We collect essential commercial details required to process custom sourcing orders and private label specifications. This includes your name, business email, company registration name, shipping address, and volume metrics entered into our Configurator.
2. Processing & Use
All collected details are utilized strictly to formulate pre-production sampling milestone schedules, manage B2B dispatch, process billing, and coordinate communication. We do not sell, rent, or lease client catalogs, specification metrics, or email addresses to any third-party marketing brokers.
3. Storage & Encryption
Custom specifications, fabric patterns, and brand CAD data are stored on high-security encrypted cloud servers. Access is restricted exclusively to authorized project managers to prevent unauthorized leak of proprietary designs.
4. Third-Party Sharing
Business information is shared strictly with audited operations partners (such as designated ocean/air freight carriers and customs clearing agents) to facilitate cargo delivery. All such partners are contractually bound to comply with strict confidentiality standards.
Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern all business-to-business contracts, custom product sourcing, sampling requests, and bulk textile deliveries initiated through Adornn Export.
1. Scope of B2B Supply
Adornn Export functions as a commercial manufacturer specializing in custom home textiles, embroidered accents, and private label bedding. By initiating a specification request through our digital studio, you represent that you are contracting on behalf of a valid commercial entity.
2. Sampling & SLA Schedules
Project milestones, including CAD sign-offs, lab dips, and physical swatch dispatch, adhere to estimated timeline schedules calculated by our Configurator (typically 14 to 21 business days). Turnaround times may adjust depending on specific hand-embroidery density and customs clearance approvals.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Any original custom designs, logos, or specifications submitted by clients remain their intellectual property. Designs developed by our internal Atelier team are the proprietary property of Adornn Export, unless explicitly licensed under a private label manufacturing agreement.
4. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction
All bulk purchase contracts, shipping terms, and payment milestones are subject to standard international commercial arbitration laws. Governing jurisdiction falls under the corporate registrar office in Uttar Pradesh, India.
Sustainability Policies
